All items with the exception of BUILT models and custom orders are DIGITAL DELIVERY. All DIGITAL DELIVERY items are available the INSTANT you place an order. This means once you complete the checkout through PayPal for ANY one of our DIGITAL plans files they are INSTANTLY available to you one of four ways:
By downloading your order from the completed order email sent to the email address on file used to checkout with PayPal. Make certain you check your spam or bulk mail folder as we are NOT responsible for emails not received due to getting stuck in either of these folders.
By creating an account during checkout or creating an account after you have completed the checkout process using the SAME email you used to checkout with so that your order is linked to the new account. You can then log in the My Accounts page and select the Downloads tab were your order will be available for instant download.
By emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting an email with your download links to be sent to you manually from one of our staff. Please note this method should only be used if one of the two previous methods has failed to work.
If you do not download your plans files right away, you will receive a reminder with links provided to download your order starting usually the day after you place your order. Again it is your responsibility to check the bulk and spam filter boxes for this reminder.
Built items or Custom orders returns
Built items and Custom orders maybe returned for repair or to be re-built ONLY from damaged caused during shipping OR miscellaneous damage caused after receipt, such as unpacking, droppage or accidental breakage. To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 3331, Oakhurst Ca 93644.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/repaired product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
